our purpose

At All Aboard Adventure Awaits You LLC, we believe travel is more than leisure, it is an opportunity to teach, generalize, and reinforce socially significant skills that enhance quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Our mission aligns with Delta Community Supports in promoting inclusion, autonomy, and dignity. Together, we aim to increase access to meaningful, community-based experiences that support choice-making, skill acquisition, and long-term behavioral growth.

Build independence by participating in real-
world, travel-related routines.

Strengthen communication and social
interaction across diverse environments.

Practice and maintain healthy and safe
interpersonal relationships.

Engage in activities that promote self-
regulation, confidence, and social inclusion.

This collaboration blends Delta Community
Support’s community-centered care with All
Aboard’s adventure based learning model,
redefining travel as a natural context for teaching
adaptive behaviors and empowering individuals to
live more connected and fulfilling lives.

Through our partnership, we will use structured supports and
evidence-based strategies to help individuals:

Inner Circle – Individual-Level Barriers:

Reduced opportunities for social
interaction and community
integration.

Limited exposure to novel,
enriching, or meaningful
experiences.

Low independence with daily living
and travel-related decision-making.

Meet Jordan, a 25-year-old individual
with a mild intellectual disability. Jordan
exhibits a strong interest in exploring
new environments and engaging in peer
socialization. However, his family
encounters barriers in identifying
programs that balance structure and
enjoyment while targeting the
development of adaptive behavior,
independent living skills, and social
competence within a safe and supportive
environment.

Every Journey Starts
With a Story:

Meet Jordan

At the center, Jordan is an individual with Unique Abilities who struggles with:

Middle Circle – Family Challenges:

Ongoing safety concerns during
community-based activities.

Limited availability of inclusive,
supportive, and accessible
programs.

Financial constraints and lack of
flexible travel option.

Outer Circle – Systemic Issues:

Inadequate infrastructure for
inclusion.

Lack of adaptive travel support.

Limited social-emotional skill
development programs.

Engaging, functional activities
are embedded throughout
each trip to support the
generalization of daily living
skills, such as meal planning,
navigation, and time
management.

Our Response to Jordan's Needs

Small-group travel model (1:4 staff-
to-participant ratio) ensures
individualized support, consistent
supervision, and opportunities for
prompt delivery of reinforcement
and skill prompting.

Empowerment-focused learning modules target critical
adaptive behaviors including money management, social
communication, decision-making, and self-monitoring,
fostering increased autonomy and self-confidence.

We create joyful, skill-building travel opportunities rooted in
inclusion, structure, and empowerment:

All Aboard, facilitates safe, socially enriching
environments that promote peer interaction
and the development of meaningful social
relationships.

All Aboard, reduces caregiver stress by
providing trained, certified staff who
implement structured supports and evidence-
based strategies.

All Aboard, promotes independence through
participation in functional, real-world activities
that target daily living, community navigation,
and decision-making skills.

As we explore collaboration, I had a few questions I was
hoping you could help with:

Facility Use / Logistics

Does Delta Community Support have a space available
that All Aboard could rent for client pick-ups and drop-
offs?

Alternatively, do you know of any suitable rental
properties in Philadelphia that may work for this
purpose?

Funding & Access

How can clients typically cover the cost of activities or
trips? Are there options for these to be paid through
their waiver programs or SSI?

Do you know a centrally located park accessible to
the clients in Philadelphia?

Eligibility & Coverage

Do clients generally receive waivers that would cover
enrichment-based travel experiences such as ours?
